MOSCOW - More than 32 million Americans or about one billion rubles allocated to the Kremlin during the next two years to educate the Russian Muslims to be an expert of Islamic history and culture. Medvedev, speaking in a meeting with scholars in Russia's Ufa said the important mission is to promote Islamic education and Islamic education institutions integrate with the Russian education system.
